Assertive Outreach

Assertive Outreach Service for 75 people, delivered in partnership with Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust

Floating Support

A Tenancy Support service to 103 vulnerable council tenants experiencing emotional distress and/or mental health problems, which endanger their ability to successfully maintain their tenancies.

Support Time Recovery (STR) Workers

A partnership between Enfield Directorate of Barnet, Enfield & Haringey Mental Health Trust and Mind in Enfield to second Support Time Recovery Workers into the Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team. The workers help service users to connect with communities, families and social networks

HARINGEY SERVICES

Cromwell Lodge

Core and cluster, 28 bedded supported living scheme comprising a purpose built 12 bed unit and 14 dispersed flats. The service offers tenants structured and relatively high rehabilitative support to enable them to move on after a maximum period of two years.

Holmdale Terrace

A six bed registered care home providing care and support to people experiencing long-term mental illness.

NEWHAM SERVICES

Floating Support

A tenancy support service for 96 clients, operating similarly to the Enfield scheme.

BARKING & DAGENHAM SERVICES

Barking & Dagenham

Drop-In services for 150 Service Users with Low to Medium Mental Health Support Needs.

CHAT (Community Health Action Team)

Capital Volunteering Project

Recruiting and training volunteers from a diverse community to support and befriend service users so that they can access mainstream opportunities.

Personality Disorder Service

Link Worker Service for 12 Service Users with a diagnosis of Personality Disorder and Complex Needs
