Having a strategic approach to
planning, cost control, professional and organisational management
of services is fundamental.
Whilst the economy of Tulip has undergone some changes in relation
to the national and local economy, the organisation has sought to
reposition itself, attract new developments, and work towards
professional growth.
There remains scope for further
financial improvements, as these will be assessed as an integral
part of Tulip's wider strategy. Effective monitoring and quality
assurance systems will be key to ongoing success. Tulip will
continue to assess its internal systems in relation to the realities
of the external world.
Our services help service users
learn
new skills and relearn old skills. It takes an effective blend of
encouragement and support, along with professional knowledge and
experience to do this. The financial resources of the organisation,
including new monies brought in by fundraising, will be essential in
supporting our service users, our services and our staff.
