Governance

The work of Tulip Mental Health Group is driven strategically and operationally by the Executive Team who report directly to the Board of Trustees, who are legally responsible for overseeing the work of the charity. The Board of Trustees are ultimately responsible for directing the affairs of Tulip, ensuring that Tulip is well run, solvent and meeting the needs for which we were set up. The Trustees meet at least 4 times a year.
