Tulip encourages service users to be involved as
much as possible in the different layers of the organisation.
Service User Involvement Policy
Tulip has a Service User Involvement Policy
and is committed to increasing service user involvement and participation at all
levels of the organisation. We have service user representatives on our Board of
Trustees, the group that is ultimately responsible for the management of
the organisation.
Tulip User Group (TUG)
We have an active service user involvement group that has client and staff representatives from
throughout Tulip. The group looks at issues affecting clients throughout
the organisation. It is used to ensure that clients' voices are heard at
all levels of the organisation.
